After graduating from the University of South Carolina, Eric joined The Cason Group in 1998. Eric leads the financial services division of The Cason Group which includes individual life insurance, long term care insurance, and income protection/individual disability insurance. He helped launch the individual disability business unit and is responsible for strategic growth strategies in all of these product lines.

The Cason Group is a BGA with 130 employees and focuses headquartered in Columbia, SC with offices in Charlotte, Charleston, Atlanta, Knoxville, Nashville, Kansas City, Raleigh, and Richmond.
